Pranav Nireshwalia

Partner & Architect

Pranav Nireshwalia was the Lead Architect and Associate Partner at Rise Design London (registered in India as AMX Design consultants) from 2022 to 2025.

Leading the growth of the company from just 1 project to over 6 active projects with 5 large towers currently on site in Mumbai, his experience goes past the usual time perceived.

He alone was the lead on all design & drawing stages with speciality in delivering projects from preconcept to GFCs – totalling 79,80,000sqft in construction area.

Advanced software and AI skills helped him run 5 active projects alone for almost 2 years which included 3 projects on GFC stages with 0 delays at site keeping the client’s schedule.

In just 3 years he was able to grow the company profile from 2 clients to 10 clients across India and UAE while maintaining smooth operations for design development, drawing delivery, coordination with clients & consultants, recruiting, finance and business development.

Radhakrishna Pai

Partner & Architect

Radhakrishna Pai is an Architect with hands-on experience crafting spaces that merge innovation with functionality. He has refined his skills at renowned firms in the country, including Venkataramanan Associates and Architect Hafeez Contractor, contributing to a range of projects across a wide range of project scales and typology – from compact, detail-driven spaces to massive, multi-phase developments.

His work spans over 2.5+ million sq ft of built area, including key roles in The Earth Centre (1 million sq ft commercial project). He contributed to all stages – from concept to GFC - and managed full coordination with consultants and clients.

He also led the design of Vista Padmalaya, a boutique residential project.

Bringing together architecture and finance, he gained experience at Tass Investment Advice in Mumbai (part of TFS Group India), focusing on realty advisory and investments – adding a strategic layer to his design approach, which includes integration of AI tools and data informed workflows providing strategic insights such as financial impact assessments.
